The island of Mallorca, known as the Lady of the Mediterranean, is regarded as a privileged place thanks to its mild climate of clear skies, beautiful scenery, magnificent beaches and idyllic coves of warm, crystal-clear water, its great history and cosmopolitan feel.

The Romaní Residential complex consists of five phases and is located in Coll d´en Rebassa, one of the most charming parts of Palma de Mallorca, the island’s capital.

Coll d´en Rebassa is a village considered as one of the most typical in Mallorca, with a marked, deep-rooted seafaring character.
The Romaní complex is in a privileged setting in which it combines a wide range services (supermarkets, shopping centres, bus stops, bars and restaurants, service station, hospital, schools, etc.) with the proximity of one of Palma’s most traditional areas, Cala Gamba, the Ciudad Jardín beach and the nature reserve of “Es Carnatge”.

By car, Sant Joan international airport is 5 minutes, or 10 kilometres, away from our development.

The Romaní Residential complex consists of five phases. Of these, Romaní I and Romaní V are currently under construction.

The Complex is being constructed using top quality materials: marble floors in living room and bedrooms, prime quality ceramic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and terraces. In addition, all the homes have semi-fitted kitchens and are prepared for the installation of air conditioning and aluminium radiators in all the bedrooms.

ROMANI I:
The first phase of this development consists of 66 homes, split between 11 entrances.

The development consists of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats distributed on the ground floor and a further two storeys.

All the upstairs flats have a private sun-terrace of between 35 and 55 squm. This allows you to enjoy the island’s warm climate and excellent sea views.

The 1-bedroom flats are around 40m2 with American kitchen.The 2 bedroom flats have an approximate surface area of 60 m2.

The 3-bedroom flats are unique, with two designs, since we can find them on the upper floors and on the ground floor.
Upstairs they range from 80 to 90 sqm.
The ground floor flat of this kind has a separate entrance into the building. They are approximately 85-90 sqm in size. These flats have 2 spacious paved patio terraces. The front terrace is between 18 sqm and 25 sqm in size and the rear terrace between 65 sqm and 90 sqm.

The building will have a basement with 151 parking spaces and 68 storerooms which may be purchased by the flat owners as an optional extra.

ROMANÍ V:
Phase consisting of 47 flats split between 3 entrances

This phase with the same building characterisitics also consists of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes distributed between the ground floor and two upper storeys.

This phase has a two level basement with 94 parking spaces and 66 storerooms which may be purchased as an optional extra.
