The Romaní Residential complex consists of five phases. Of these, Romaní I and Romaní V are currently under construction.
The Complex is being constructed using top quality materials: marble floors in living room and bedrooms, prime quality ceramic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and terraces. ROMANI I:
The first phase of this development consists of 66 homes, split between 11 entrances.
The development consists of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats distributed on the ground floor and a further two storeys.
All the upstairs flats have a private sun-terrace of between 35 and 55 squm. This allows you to enjoy the island’s warm climate and excellent sea views.
